Did you know that Calvary Episcopal Church welcomes eighty members of the local community to their doors every Wednesday to receive a yummy free lunch? And you can help! Just show up 2-3:30pm on any Wednesday to help distribute bags in the lobby.

You can do the same thing in groups of 8-15 at Bowery Mission throughout the week and weekend. This organization has been serving the homeless community with love for over a century!

There are over 1,200 food pantries throughout New York City. To find one that best fits your schedule and neighborhood, check out Coalition Against Hunger's Volunteer Match system and organize your own volunteer group on the Haven Community site.
